PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a shell follow precast concrete pole of a high quality level while effectively utilizing a limited space by enhancing an efficiency of a form assembling and bar arrangement and improving an accuracy. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a shell PCa pole member comprises the steps of constituting an outer form of a stationary outer form 2 and movable outer forms 3A (to 3D), arranging moving trucks 4A (to 4D) on a manufacturing yard, placing an inner form together with a bottom form unit 7 for restricting its position on the trucks 4A (to 4D), arranging reinforcing bars previously associated with a periphery of the form 6 in the state that the trucks 4A (to 4D) are separated from the form 2, then connecting the truck to the form 2, connecting the forms 3A (to 3D) to the form 2, tightly coupling the both then fixing an upper position of the inner form by a blocking form 8 arranged on an upper surface, and charging concrete in a space sandwiched between the inner form and the forms 2, 3A,... from an inlet 55 formed at a lower part of the outer form by press injecting.
