At this time, in the parts contacting the steam discharge device 17 through packing 18, heat conduction from the lid heater 33 is slower than when the radiation plate 16 is made of aluminum. As the heat capacity, however, is large to the extent that the heat transfer plate 29 is fixed, heat gradually accumulates in those parts, preventing condensation from occurring. As the heat transfer plate 29 is thin, the thickness of the heat radiation plate 16 does not increase practically.
