PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a height adjustment even in narrow space by constituting a base of a utensil main body by a square frame body and a plate body to be freely removably mounted on the frame body and disposing a height adjusting device on a bottom surface of the utensil main body or the square frame body. SOLUTION: A base 2 is constituted of a square frame body 21 and a plate body 22 to be freely removably mounted on this frame body 21. The square frame body 21 is made of metal such as steel and is formed into a shape for improving strength such as a cross-sectional cylindrical shape, an angular shape and a groove shape. A reinforcing frame may be provided within the square frame body 21 and a decorative material and a fascia may be provided on an outer wall of the square frame body 21. On the bottom surface of a utensil main body 1 or the square frame body 21, a height adjusting device 3 is disposed. The height adjusting device 3 may be a caster in some case as well as a normal adjuster. The plate body 22 is one made of metal, synthetic resin and wood and is freely removably mounted on the square frame body 21. Namely, the plate body 22 may be mounted by only gravity or may be freely removably fixed with a hook and a screw.
