PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embedded type marker lump and an embedded type marker lump device using this embedded type maker lump low in impact and vibration applied to an aircraft even when a tire of the aircraft crosses it. SOLUTION: An embedded type marker lump 1 is provided with a nearly square top face 1a11; both side faces 1a12; a swelling part 1a1, a pair of obliquely upward light lead-out grooves 1a2 provided at both ends of the swelling part 1a1 of a lump body; optical path regulating prisms 2 disposed between the internal space of the lump body and the light lead-out grooves 1a2; and a lamp and a reflecting mirror disposed in the internal space. An embedded type marker lump device is constituted by enclosing the embedded marker lump 1 in a base. The base is provided with a ring part with a flat upper face, an adjusting ring provided with a support step part of the inner peripheral surface of the ring part, and a container body part embedded in the road surface so as to support the adjusting ring. The embedded type marker lump 1 is fitted into the adjusting ring, and its peripheral part is supported by the support step part to fit. When a tire crosses, the swelling part of the lump body is wrapped in the tire, so that the impact and vibration of an aircraft are small.
