PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent indoor oxygen concn. in a low oxygen training apparatus from reaching dangerous low oxygen concn. caused by trouble of an installation. SOLUTION: (Indoor) air in a low oxygen room 1 into which outdoor air is always fed through a ventilator 3 is introduced into a low oxygen air generating device 2 using a separation membrane and is separated into a high oxygen concn. air A1 and a low oxygen concn. air A2 and this low oxygen concn. air A2 is returned back into the room and the high oxygen concn. air A1 is collected in an exhaust box 9 provided with a vent hole 12 for emitting it into the room and an exhaust vent 4 for exhausting it to the outside and the number of rotation of an exhaust fan 5 for exhausting the high oxygen concn. air A1 is controlled by means of an oxygen concn. meter 10 and a controller 11 and thereby, pressure in the exhaust box 9 is changed and amt. of the high oxygen concn. air A1 passing through the vent hole 12 is changed and the indoor air can be held at a definite low oxygen concn. and even when the exhaust fan 5 is stopped, the high oxygen concn. air A1 is returned back into the room through the vent hole 12 in the exhaust box 9 and is mixed with the indoor air to prevent the indoor air from being decreased to a low oxygen concn. of the dangerous level.
