PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent operation errors by providing an operation lever which engages/disengages the power and changes the number of input revolutions for the power transmission device and connecting the lever to a change lever with a link mechanism or the like. SOLUTION: On one end of a power engaging/disengaging axis 10, a rotating portion is installed which automatically makes a power engaging/disengaging lever 17 rotatable in the lateral direction. This power engaging/disengaging lever 17 is connected to the change arm via a rotating arm 15 by a lot having a link ball 13. This unit is configured such that the power engaging/disengaging shaft center, and the power engaging/disengaging lever arm 21, and the rotational center of the link ball 13 in the connecting part of the rotating arm 15 are substantially aligned on a straight line. Also, the power engaging/disengaging lever 17 controls the operation with a lever guide groove, permitting only a certain operation in the longitudinal and lateral directions. This structure, in which the change lever and the power engaging/disengaging lever 17 are connected by a link mechanism, comprises the lever guide groove whereby occurrence of operation errors is eliminated.
