PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate occurrence of a voided character even information to be engaged with a folding part is print output by providing a folding part in which side bottoms are not intersected by linearly inclining both side faces of slits directed toward a center of a slit width. SOLUTION: A folding part 2 of the printing sheet 1 has a slit 3 of a V-shaped section having a depth and formed from a printing surface side without dividing the sheet. Both side surfaces 5 of the slit 3 are linearly inclined so as to be down slopes toward a center 4 of a slit width so that both side bottoms are not intersected (slit bottoms of an acute angle are not formed). Thus, even if information is print output to be engaged with the part 2, since the side surfaces 5 are inclined to be externally opposed, toner is not transferred to the side surfaces 5, there is no fear of causing a voided character. Since strains generated at the surfaces 5 by folding at the part 2 is small, toner fixing states of the surfaces 5 can be maintained good.
