PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent offensive odors of a high concentration and air of an unset temperature from being blown into a cabin when an air conditioning system is first operated by having only a fan continue to operate when the air conditioning system has been shut off so that the water remaining within the air conditioning system is blown and discharged from the drainage outlet by the force of the air, and then having all of the power turn off. SOLUTION: Air blown out from a fan 3 hits an evaporator 1 and then passes through the evaporator 1 while blowing out water. The water being blown out is discharged from a drainage outlet. In other words, removing the water prevents the generation of bacteria. Specifically, an opening/closing plate door 11 is opened, an opening/closing plate door 12 is either opened or closed optionally, and both opening/ closing plate doors 13, 14 are closed. Then, when the air conditioning system is first operated, the air introduced from a duct 9 is used to carry the offensive odors of high concentration that remain in the air conditioning system to a separate duct 5 by which they are discharged outside the cabin. Then, upon start up of each of the evaporator 1 and heater 10 functions, the mode which discharges both the offensive odors of high concentration and the air of an unset temperature outside the cabin turns off and normal operation begins.
