PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve jogging of paper in a delivery apparatus and improve quality. SOLUTION: Three pieces of suction wheels 32A, 32B, 32C are provided in the widthwise direction of a paper 9 at the lower side of the paper 9 at this side in the delivering direction of the paper 9 at a delivery unit. These three pieces of suction wheels 32A, 32B, 32C are provided with a suction surface, connected to an air suction source to suck the paper 9 while sliding the same, on the peripheral surfaces of the suction wheels 32A, 32B, 32C. The outside diameters of suction wheels 32A, 32 at both ends among the suction wheels 32A, 32B, 32C are formed so as to be smaller than that of the inside suction wheel 32B. The slanting angle of the suction surfaces is preferably specified so as to be 6-15 deg..
