PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sintered product useful as a raw material for transparent, conductive film for a display by mixing indium oxide (or a mixture of indium oxide with zinc oxide and/or tin oxide) with a metal oxide selected from a group consisting of ruthenium oxide, molybdenum oxide and vanadium oxide in a specific content ratio and by sintering the mixture. SOLUTION: This sintered product is obtained by mixing indium oxide [or a mixture of indium oxide with zinc oxide and/or tin oxide in an atomic content ratio of In/(In+Zn+Sn)=0.80-1.00, Zn/(In+Zn+Sn)=0.00-0.20 and Sn/(In+Zn+ Sn)=0.00-0.20] with 0.5-10 atomic % metal oxide selected from a group consisting of ruthenium oxide, molybdenum oxide and vanadium oxide and by sintering the mixture usually at 1,200-1,500 deg.C for 10-72 h. at 1-50 deg.C/min warm-up speed. Formed transparent, conductive film has >=5.45 eV work function. |
