SOLUTION: A radial carcass 5 is formed of a rubber covering ply of one or more plies of radially arranged cord. The ply cord of the radial carcass is formed of a continuous inorganic cord such as a steel cord, for example, or preferably a continuous organic fiber cord such as a polyester cord or a nylon cord or the like, which is progressively wrapped back and forth between at least one pair of bead cores 4 following the circumference of the bead portion. The end portion of the ply cord of this carcass 5 is arranged to at least cover one of the bead cores of the pair of bead cores 4i, 4o of each bead portion 1 from the inside in the radial direction of the tire.</p> |
