<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freshness keeping agent capable of keeping the freshness of vegetables, fruits, natural flowers, etc., producible at a low cost and safe to human body. SOLUTION: Many factors to deteriorate freshness such as ripening and putrefaction caused by ethylene gas and putrefaction caused by bacteria and fungi can be suppressed by combining activated carbon having gas-absorptivity with a natural antibacterial agent and an antioxidant. A safe freshness-keeping agent can be produced by using a material giving little harm to human body.</p> |
