<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain aggregate adjusted in the mixing ratio of polyester to natural fiber to a fixed value by heating and kneading combined waste of the polyester fiber with the natural fiber, extruding the melted polyester, in which the natural fiber is dispersed, and cutting. SOLUTION: Polyester fiber combined base material waste 3 is pulverized into fine chips, measured and supplied to a supply port 2 of a heating and kneading extruder 1. On the other hand, cotton fiber waste 4 is pulverized into fine chips, measured and supplied. A measuring and supply device is provided with a crusher 5 having a cutting blade, a deposit hopper 6 and a measuring conveyer 7. The measuring conveyer 7 is driven by a driving motor 8. The mixing ratio of the polyester fiber with the cotton fiber, which are supplied to the heating kneading extruder 1, is controlled by a control part 10. The heating kneading extruder 1 heats and kneads the polyester fiber with the cotton fiber at a prescribed tamp., continuously extrudes into a required diameter and cuts to produce the aggregate for asphalt mixture composed of the polyester fiber and the cotton fiber decomposed material.</p> |
