PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent resin leakage and to improve productivity by preventing the generation of defectives by a method in which the end part of a roof or the like is in contacted with the horizontal part of an approximately L-shaped elastic resin inner mold integrated with the inside of an outer frame, a room temperature-curable thermosetting resin is cast into the gap formed there and cured. SOLUTION: In a resin inner mold 2 integrated with the inside of a wooden outer frame 1 is arranged a roof 3 lined with a decorative plate in which a melamine resin decorative plate 3b is cemented to a plywood core material 3a. In this process, the inner mold 2 is molded from a urethane resin compound, has elasticity, comprises a rising part 2a, a corner part 2b, and a horizontal part 2c, and is formed to be approximately L-shaped. Part of the surface of the roof 3 is contacted with the horizontal part 2c, a slight pressure is applied from the back of the roof 3, and the horizontal part 2c is made to adhere to the surface of the roof 3 lined with the decorative plate. Next, a resin is cast into the gap enclosed by the end part 3b of the roof 3 and the inner mold 2 and cured to form resin edges. A room temperature-curable thermosetting resin is used to be cast.
