PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a coating film which has good weather resistance and corrosion resistance and good embossing workability as substitution of vinyl chloride resin sol coating. SOLUTION: An acrylic resin-based undercoat film containing SiO2 pigment is formed on a metallic plate. Thereafter, a coating film of 20-1000μm dry film thickness is formed with an acrylic sol coating material consisting of (meth) acrylic-based polymer particles, a plasticizer, a foaming agent and SiO2 pigment added in accordance with necessity, and them embossing work is performed. Thereby, the coating film which has good embossing workability and is soft in touch feeling and has a high-level feeling, can be formed on the embossed metallic plate. |
