PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an improved hair cosmetic capable of continuously exhibiting the hair-growing effect according to the state of the hair of individual users by improving a hair-tonic containing montmorillonite swollen with water. SOLUTION: The objective cosmetic for hair is produced by adding a liquid hair-growing agent to water-swollen montmorillonite and applying an electromagnetic energy having a prescribed frequency to the obtained clay-like fluid hair- tonic.
