PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable initial setting by a simple operation on the receiver side by storing in the EEPROM inside the receiver the transmission IDs received by the receiver during the period in which the initial setting switch provided in the receiver is ON, and simultaneously setting the receiving number of counts of the transmitter IDs to be the maximum number. SOLUTION: In this system, if an initial switch is ON (S1), an initial setting routine starts. Then, if a receiver receives an ID during this period (S2), decision is made whether the ID is included in a data table structured in the RAM provided within a receiver 5. If the ID is included in the table, since it has already been registered, the system waits for receiving a next ID as it is. If the ID is not included in the table, the system writes the received ID as a registered ID on the RAM (S4), setting the receiving count of this ID to be the maximum value (S5), writing this on the RAM. This ID and the received number of count are written on the EEPROM. Then, the received number of IDs is renewed (S7).
