PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print even a paper of more continuous length than the standard size without generating a paper jam in a stencil printing apparatus. SOLUTION: After the first printing paper 9 is printed, when the first sensor 51 for paper feeding is made off, a paper feeding clutch 44 is made of to stop a pick-up roll 43 and a scraper 42 and the primary paper feeding is not performed. There exists no possibility thereby of that the next printing paper 9 collides with the first printing paper 9 even if the first printing paper 9 is left at the secondary paper feeding part 5. Successively, when a drum 30 is at a specified rotating position, a press solenoid 85 is made off regardless of output of the second sensor 52 for paper feeding and a press roller is not elevated. There exists no possibility thereby of that the press roller 35 is brought into press-contact with the outer peripheral face of the drum 30 when the primary paper feeding is not performed and there exists no possibility of staining of the drum 30.
