摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of ride comfort during the vehicle's cornering by switching the direction of the shock absorber damping force so as to restrict the vehicle's rolling when the estimated change in lateral gravitational acceleration exceeds a preset threshold. SOLUTION: A calculating unit 2 has a low pass filter 2a that passes predetermined low frequency signals among those detected by lateral acceleration detection means 1, and a calculation process area 2b for obtaining estimated change in lateral gravitational acceleration by calculating the difference between a signal which has passed the low pass filter 2a and a lateral gravitational acceleration signal. Further, to this calculating unit 2 is connected a controlling unit 5 that switches damping force of shock absorbers 3a to 3d via actuators 4a to 4d in the direction so as to restrict rolling of the vehicle.
