PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing film excellent in environmental properties, work environment properties, transparency and gas barrier capacity and suitable for various gas barrier packing uses. SOLUTION: In a laminated film, an anchor coat agent and an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer resin form a laminating film. In this case, the anchor coat agent is a polyester type urethane resin dispersed or dissolved in water and/or an alcohol soln. and the ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer resin is a resin dispersed or dissolved in water and/or an alcohol soln. and contains 25-50 mol.% ethylene.
