PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the excellent liq. jetting pump of simple structure capable of preventing the mixing of the outside air introduced by the triggering when the pump is inverted and used into a jetted liq. through a pipe. SOLUTION: This pump has a cap main body 8 with a cylinder 6 projected from the intermediate part of a vertical cylinder 5 erected from the upper end of a mounting cap 4 to be engaged with the mouth neck 3 of a vessel and a jetting cylinder 7 from the upper part, the lower end of a first pipe 11 with the upper end connected to the vertical cylinder is connected to the lower end of a second pipe 16 through a switching valve 13-provided connecting member 14, a first suction port 12 as the suction port when the pump is erected is bored in the connecting member communicated with the first pipe, the upper opening of the second pipe opened at the upper part in the vessel is formed as the second suction port 15 when inverted, and a liq. is jetted by the pump when erected and inverted, and one end of the outside air inlet path A with the other end opened in the cylinder 6 and communicating with the inside of the vessel is opened below the second suction port 15.
