PURPOSE: A link operation management method of radio communication system in telecommunication management network is provided to easily manage the base station links by generating the objects to manage the links. CONSTITUTION: The link operation management method of radio communication system in telecommunication management network comprises: a step delivering information about a link connecting a mobile exchange and a base station controller in a base station management system managing a base station and the base station controller, a link connected from the base station controller to the base station, and a link from the base station to the base station controller to an agent; and a step permitting an element manager to manage and maintain said link information through said agent.
