PURPOSE: A device is provided to slowly intercept gas fire if food weight is light by water-evaporation when boiling food on the gas oven. CONSTITUTION: The control device has:a weight measuring instrument(10) using a food support on the gas oven; a fire adjuster automatically adjusting by measuring weight; a gas locking device intercepting valve(99) driving unit driving after measuring the present weight and cooking; and gas amount adjuster adjusting according to the number of a weight graduation. If cooking on the gas range that has the control device, a user doesn't need to adjust gas fire so as to save the time.
