PURPOSE: A device re-booting apparatus is provided to re-boot a device which an obstacle is generated by the re-booting apparatus being installed inside or outside of a RASM or a SRSM. CONSTITUTION: The device re-booting apparatus includes one step and a re-booting control data having a series format, an alarm data, a cable junction part(10), a data receiving part(20), a data detection and a code analyzing part(30), and a reset data generating part(40). The first step is transmit an obstacle confirming signal to the device(50) for decide whether the obstacle for a large number of device is generated or not. The re-booting control data having a series format is to re-boot the detected obstacle generation device from the remote access switching module and a small capacity remote switching module. The alarm data is to decide whether the re-booting control data is normally transmitted or not. The cable junction is to receive with the same clock as a bit rate of the re-booting control data. The data receiving part is to temporarily latch after convert the re-booting control data having the series format, which is transmitted from the cable junction part, to a re-booting control data having the parallel format. After being transmitted the re-booting control data latched from the data receiving part and analyzing whether there is an obstacle or not for the transmission state, when the analyzing result is normal, the data detection and code analyzing part is to generate the re-booting signal. The reset data part is to be transmitted the re-booting signal which is generated in the data detection and code analyzing part and provide the obstacle generation device with a re-booting signal.
