PURPOSE: A pin fusion attachment apparatus is provided to suppress a malfunction of a negative pressure sensor by filtering a different thing flowing in the negative pressure sensor. CONSTITUTION: The pin fusion attachment apparatus comprises: a pin chuck (9) of a cylindrical type for adsorbing a stud pin; a negative pressure sensor (23) installed at an air pipe between the pin chuck (9) and a vacuum pump (17), for sensing whether the stud pin is adsorbed to the pin chuck; a filter (25) installed between the pin chuck (9) and the negative pressure sensor (23), for filtering a different thing in an air which flows into the negative pressure sensor (23); and a pressure differential sensing part for sensing a pressure differential between an entrance and an outlet of the pin chuck (9).
