OPC DRUM AND DLC COATING DEVICE OF OPC DRUM AND DLC COATING PROCESS

PURPOSE: A DLC(Diamond-Like Carbon) coating method of OPC(Organic PhotoConductor) drum is provided which coats DLC coating film with high hardness and abrasion resistance to the OPC drum. CONSTITUTION: The OPC drum is characterized by forming the DLC coating film whose width is ranged from 0.04 to 2.0u to the surface of the OPC drum and is applied to a copy machine, a laser printer, a facsimile or so on. The DLC coating device of the OPC drum contains a tool to form a magnetic field for improving the speed of DLC coating film deposition.
