PURPOSE: A stopper is provided to reduce the friction at working by curving an end of a rotary pettily blade to break a clod over a certain angle, and to turn over weeds at the same time. CONSTITUTION: The stopper comprises:a rotary device(2) to rotate-drive while pulling by a tractor(1); a harrow device(3) to level off the bottom of a rice field by installing in the rear of the rotary device(2); plural rotary blades(21) combined to be able to remove in a bracket(22) of the rotary device(2), curved the end in a right angle or over the right angle; a supplementary blade(25) connected in the front side of the bracket(22); the diameter of a rotating shaft(20) extended so an outer circumference of the rotating shaft(20) as to be able to contact in the top of a ridge at a rotary work.
