PURPOSE: An one to one electronic fingerprint recognition pocket book is provided to improve supply ratio by using widely in a bank, credit card company, etc. and simplifying usage and operation by fabricating in minimum size and light weight. CONSTITUTION: The one to one electronic fingerprint recognition pocket book is comprises a card inlet, a card fingerprint recognition unit for sensing a sealed fingerprint on a inserted card or a card-typed identity card inserted through the card inlet, a user fingerprint input unit, a user fingerprint recognition unit for sensing the fingerprint input through the user fingerprint input unit, a controller unit comparing the input fingerprint data with the sealed fingerprint data stored in a temporary storage unit and judging whether the both data is same or not, and a result display device for displaying the comparison and judge result.
