PURPOSE: A jet gas burner is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost according to the easiness of manufacturing and to prevent the clogging of a jetting hole of a nozzle due to the overflowed food. CONSTITUTION: The jet gas burner is composed of:a body(2) having a gas passage and a connecting part(8) connected with a gas pipe on its one side; many jetting nozzles(4) installed on the upper face of the body in vertical; many slope boards(6) placed in the front of the direction the gas is jetted from the jetting nozzle and battered with the gas jetted from the jetting nozzle.; Herein, the gas jetted from the jetting nozzle is battered against the slope and guided to the desired direction. The gas battered against the slope dispersed into many pairs of flames. Therefore, the thermal efficiency is improved.
