PURPOSE: A purifying method and a device are provided to purify the polluted gas containing poisonous materials and fine dust such as dioxin, sulfur dioxide. CONSTITUTION: The purifying device is composed of: a columnar water tub(1) where purified solution is supplied; an overflow tank(2) for preventing the overflow over a specific level, established at the center of the columnar water tub(1); a drain hole(3) for draining appropriate amount of water, established at the bottom face of the columnar water tub(1); a solution spraying pipe(4) for spraying the purified solution, established at the columnar water tub(1) in an erect way; a water supply pump(5) for supplying purified water to the solution spraying pipe(4); a ring-shaped air supply pipe(6) formed at the rim of the columnar water tub(1); and a pollution has spraying pipe(7) established inside of the columnar water tub(1), passed through to the ring-shaped air supply pipe(6).
