PURPOSE: A fingerprint recognition card and an electronic money and bankbook are provided to attain accompanying technical effects and prevent a financial crime. CONSTITUTION: A high-advanced fingerprint recognition sensor is used to develop a switch. The switch is applied to a cash drawing machine, a card approving device, and a bank window. A central processing unit of a head bank instructs that of a branch bank while the central processing unit of the branch bank claims that of the head bank. The central processing unit of the branch bank instructs an unmanned window, a bank window, a bank addition window, and a bank issue window which claim the central processing unit of the branch bank.
