PURPOSE: A raw paper pressing device is provided to relieve the concern about damages by absorbing shock, to prevent the change of the position of a control knob and to maintain the elastic force of a spring for more long time. CONSTITUTION: A pressure control part of the device comprises:a guide block(31) combined to support the edge of a pressing shaft to be able to rotate; an installation stand(32) combined a length to be interfered on the central line of the guide block and forming a regular interval upward and downward on each upper surface; a control shaft(33) penetrated in the upper and lower installation stand and combined to the guide block; an elastic member having its both ends to be supported on the guide block and the installation stand and pressurizing the pressing shaft toward the pressing shaft; a first control knob(35a) spirally combined to the control shaft penetrated into the installation stand; and a second control knob(35b) contacted with one end of the elastic member.
