PURPOSE: A quick perm apparatus is provided to be able to quickly perm after heating a rod for perm at a regular temperature, using a nipper so the heated rod as not to touch a scalp. CONSTITUTION: The quick perm apparatus is composed of the steps of:inserting a rod(1) which is picked up by a nipper(11) in a heating rod(30) installed on an aluminium heat plate(27) which is installed inside a main body(21); installing a heater(28) on the lower side of the aluminium heat plate and forming a cover(24) on the upper side; installing a rod heating device(20) for heating at a temperature which is controlled in a control device(40); herein, the rod is formed with an elastic projection(3) projected in a zig zag shape on a round face(2) and installed with a metal pipe(10) in an inserting hole(9) in the inner part.
