PURPOSE: A rice hash is provided to supply the nutrition and the freshness of an uncooked vegetable and to prevent a fatness by a low calorie meal. CONSTITUTION: A rice hash is manufactured by: adding a fresh vegetable such as leaf mustard, sesame leaf, shepherd's purse, and wild garlic to 200 grams of warm rice; adding 20 grams of chopped and roasted seasoning beef, one fried egg, 2 grams of dried laver powder, and 5 grams of sesame oil to the rice; and adding a thick soypaste mixed with red pepper. The rice hash is suitable to the taste and the preference of Koreans as well as a healthy effect. And the fresh vegetable includes a medical use material for being effective to make a strong physical constitution. |
