PURPOSE: The bread which is good for health, harmless to human body, for preventing the side effects caused by an antiseptic is provided. CONSTITUTION: The production method of a bread has the steps of:mixing a thuja leaf with water; distilling with steam to make water extract of a thuja leaf; mixing the water extract solution of the thuja leaf with water to knead; adding an additive for making a bread in the flour kneaded; heating for specific hours to produce a bread. The bread produced by the method has excellent preservation.
