PURPOSE: Inter-digital type magnetron composed of many anode leads is provided to prevent heat from concentrating on the connection parts between the anode leads and the anode's main body and damage from heat concentration. CONSTITUTION: Magnetron consists of the anode's main body(1) arranged in the center of the upper and the lower yoke boards. And the anode leads(2) are in even numbers forming a vacuum in the anode's main body and many cooling pins(5) are fixed on the outer circumference of the anode's main body. Heat distribution method(22) is provided to the upper and lower heat transmission routes that transmit heat from the anode main body to each cooling pin.
