PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door that allows the frame structure member for the medium portion in the outer panel of the door in the vehicle vertical direction to give a uniform back-up posture with respect to the vehicle longitudinal direction, only by positioning and holding in place the door outer panel to the door frame. SOLUTION: A door D has a door outer panel P made of synthetic resin and a door frame F. The door frame F has a frame structure member Fa in the middle portion of the vehicle vertical direction, extending straight in the vehicle longitudinal direction for backing up the door outer panel P. The door outer panel P has an integrated lattice reinforcement portion 4 inside thereof. The lattice reinforcement portion 4 has a plurality of notches aligned in the vehicle longitudinal direction to avoid the interference with the frame structure member Fa. In the frame structure member Fa, gaps g between a lateral side a facing the vehicle side and an inner face b of each of the notches n opposite thereto are constant for all the notches.
