PURPOSE: A drying method of food waste is provided to minimize the water pollution, the environmental pollution and the like caused by the deposition of the gel state and to easily use the dried material for feed stuff. CONSTITUTION: The drying method of food waste matter is composed of the steps of: crushing the food waste matter fed from a storing tank with a crusher after accepting the collected food waste matter to the storing tank; feeding by separating the deposit of the gel state from the crushed material of the compressed state of which moisture is firstly eliminated after transferring the crushed food waste matter to the compressing sorter by passing the transferring unit; and directly feeding the crushed material of the separated state to the far infrared ray screw drier and feeding the dried material from the far infrared ray drum drier to the far infrared ray screw drier. |
