PURPOSE: A wastewater treatment apparatus reduces capacity of the engineering structure and the mechanical facility, maximizes use of land for installation, requires a short treatment time of about 1 to 4 hours without using chemicals, and reduces the amount of exhausted sludge and secondary contamination. CONSTITUTION: The wastewater treatment apparatus comprises:a reaction tank(30) for selectively treating a wastewater removed of foreign materials and a first sediment through electrolytic agglomeration, or dissolving a gaseous component in the liquid component of the wastewater and introducing ozone, air or oxygen; and a sedimentation tank(70) for removing a sediment from the treatment water overflowing from the reaction tank(30).
