PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatically cleaning-type box for cat's excrement, having a housing for placing sand for the cat, and a track member arranged in the passage of a cleaning member of the chamber. SOLUTION: A comb-shaped cleaning member 43 is held at the holding edge 29 of a cleaning member of a chamber, advanced to an exhaust edge 28 of the chamber, and returned to the original holding position. When the cleaning member 43 moves, it engaged with the lump of excrement in the placed sand, and conveys the excrement to a disposable receiver 68 at the exhaust edge of the chamber. The cleaning member 43 includes a detector 82 and 84 for detecting the presence of the cat in the placed sand chamber. After the sensor does not detect the cat in the placed sand chamber, a delaying device operates a driving device of the cleaning member 43 at the time interval decided previously. The driving device of the cleaning member 43 includes a reversible electric motor installed in the same carriage as the cleaning member 43. An alarm 97 which informs that the disposable receiver 68 becomes full, and an alarm which informs that the placed sand is lacked, are installed. |
