摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve abrasion resistance to door glass sliding by forming the bottom wall extended portion of which the bottom wall extends in a tongue shape at the top end of the vertical member, and connecting the top end of the bottom wall extended portion of the vertical member with the stretched extended portion to the end of the horizontal material with the formed material. SOLUTION: The top end of an extrusion formed and smoothly treated vertical member 5A is step-cut so that only a bottom wall 51 thereof extends in a tongue shape, forming a bottom wall extended portion 511. Then, both side edges of the bottom wall extended portion 511 are joined to a formed side wall 62a, and the tip thereof is joined to the end of the bottom wall 51 of a horizontal material 5 B via a thinly formed material 60. Thus a bottom wall 61 of a connecting portion 6A is substantially formed by extrusion and smooth treatment at the bottom wall extended portion 511 of the vertical material 5A. When the door glass rises and closes, the front edge surface of the door glass slidably contacts the vertical surface of the bottom wall 61 of the connection portion 6A. Use of this structure, forms the bottom wall 61 by the extrusion material, and at the smooth treated bottom wall extended portion 511, so abrasion resistance and smoothness are maintained for an extended term.
