PURPOSE: A poly phosphate with 5 - 800 of a chain length is provided to contain an antibacterial function against a gram-positive and a gram-negative bacteria. CONSTITUTION: A poly phosphate is a linear polymer of a phosphate forming orthophosphates by connecting tens of hundreds of more than two phosphates. Herein, each connection is combined by a high energy phosphoanhydride combination. The chain end of the inorganic poly phosphate receives an attack by an AMP, an ADP, a glucose, or an H2O by a catalysis operation of a P-AMP phosphotransferase, a poly phosphate kinase, a poly phosphate glucokinase, and an exo-poly phosphatase while receiving an attack by an endo-poly phosphatase inside. |
