PURPOSE: A method and a device for spraying an agricultural chemical are provided to make an operation convenient and to improve a stability from an agricultural chemical poisoning by enabling an operator to spray the agricultural chemical to a rice field from a remote distance. CONSTITUTION: An agricultural chemical sprayer(20) is formed by:a supporting unit(11) being fixed on the ground of a rice field; an establishing rail(10) containing plural poles(12) with a certain height being erectly installed and a rail unit(13) being installed in the upper unit of the pole; a moving instrument(21) for moving on the establishing rail; a signal receiving unit(22) for receiving a remote controlling signal; an agricultural chemical storing unit(23) for storing the agricultural chemical; and a driving unit(24) for spraying the stored agricultural chemical. Therefore, the agricultural chemical being stored in the agricultural chemical sprayer is sprayed by the remote controlling signal of an operator who is operating from a remote distance.
