PURPOSE:To reduce manpower and time required for restarting loads upon power recovery by detecting recovery of external power supply through detection of voltage on a station normal bus and then sequentially starting loads required for productive operation of plant according to a predetermined procedure. CONSTITUTION:If an external power supply is recovered prior to completion of D/G starting operation, a recovery signal (h) is fed from a setter 31 on the side of a station normal bus to a recovery detection circuit 32. The power recovery detection circuit 32 provides external power supply recovery signal (n) to a sequential throw-in control circuit 34. The sequential throw-in control circuit 34 provides commands to the loads through a signal switch 35 according to a predetermined throw-in sequence. If the external power supply is recovered after completion of D/G starting operation, a trip command (b) is fed from a timer 37 to a bus interlinking circuit breaker 14 and a station normal bus 5 is isolated from a station emergency bus 8. A circuit breaker throw-in command is fed from the sequential throw-in control circuit 34 only to a normal load circuit breaker 15 by means of the signal switch 35 thus starting a normal load 6 automatically. |
