<p>PURPOSE:To perform the resin coating work to the inner surface of a pipe effectively by fitting a joint part filling and carrying pig for coating the inner surface of a pipe of a pipe connection part with resin primarily and a coating pig for coating the inner surface of the pipe with resin secondarily to a traction cable, which is inserted from one side of a pipe to the other side for traction, with a predetermined space. CONSTITUTION:A traction cable 4 is inserted from one end side of an underground pipeline 1 to the other end side, and a joint part filling and carrying pig 3, a spherical guide pig 7, a coating pig 8 and an evening pig 10 are connected to the traction cable 4 through connecting wires 6, 9. The resin 15 for coating such as epoxy resin or the like aranged in front of the joint part filling and carrying pig 3 are pushed by traction of the traction cable 4 to be filled in a pipe joint part, and is coated into a thin-film-form, and the inner surface of the pipe is coated with resin primarily by the coating pig 8. The joint part filling and carrying pig 3 consists of a barrel 3a made of the soft and elastic material (neoprene closed cell sponge) and a coating part 3d made of open cell sponge. As a result, filling and coating of the resin can be performed with one pig.</p> |
