PURPOSE: A nondestructive type fruit solidity measuring method using laser is provided to measure all object without destroying a measurement object. CONSTITUTION: The nondestructive type fruit solidity measuring method using laser comprises the step of irradiating a laser beam generating from a laser beam generator to the surface of a fruit on a table, catching a laser reflection of a fruit surface by a laser beam reflecting from the fruit surface using a reflection acquirement equipment, and transferring the seized laser reflection to computer equipped a reflection analyzer and measuring a fruit solidity by weighing the area ratio of a field in which a pixel value of each color component is saturated.
