DEGASIFYING EQUIPMENT OF NONFERROUS CLASS MELTING FURNACE

PURPOSE: The degasifying treatment equipment of nonferrous melting furnace is provided for effectively eliminating mixed gases in aluminum molten metal. CONSTITUTION: An equipment is compromised of the following several parts:Charging exit, burner, molten metal storage vessel, pouring basin, manifold spray-type injection nozzle which is upwardly injected from the bottom of nonferrous melting furnace, pipeline to supply nitrogen gas for the above injection nozzle and degasifying treatment equipment including nozzle blocking pole to open and shut the injection nozzle as necessary.
