摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a wet-proofed catalyst that levels pore distribution is provided to heighten the reaction speed of a hydrogen isotope exchange reaction in a gas phase-vapor phase-liquid phase. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method has the steps of: adjusting the ratio of monomer or solution, cross linking and ratio of a swelling agent or a precipitator; manufacturing high polymer carrier that levels air hole distribution; and carrying a catalyst. The high polymer catalyst is styrene group high polymer and the catalyst is platinum group metal. The ratio of monomer or solution is 0.3-1.0 and the cross linking is more than 30%.
