PURPOSE: An additive for a printer ink is added in a bag of a polyolefin film to enhance adhesion of the printer ink to the surface of the polyolefin film bag and realizes printing adhesion of the printer ink resistant to water. CONSTITUTION: A polymer resin additive contains a polymer resin added to a printer ink to be applied on the surface of a polymer film such as low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene and polypropylene to enhance adhesion of the printer ink to a base medium and contains no hardener to enable reuse of the printer ink. The using usage of the polymer resin additive for a printer ink comprising the steps of: (a) preparing a polyurethane prepolymer having an NCO terminal group to provide a perfume component; (b) adding a water proofing agent and a reaction catalyst for synthesis of the polyurethane prepolymer; (c) preparing a copolymer from a part of the polyurethane prepolymer in order to strengthen the binder function of the polyurethane prepolymer; (d) processing the mixture into a polymer resin having the consistency of 0.5-5 Pa in a 50 wt.% of toluene solution; and (e) adding, 3-20wt.% preferably 5-10wt.% of solid additive based on the printer ink weight. |
