PURPOSE: A public telephone with an internet system is provided to allow people carrying notebook computers with them to use an internet system. CONSTITUTION: The public telephone with an internet system having a control part, a card recognition/coin discriminating part and a communication part, includes an internet terminal generating an internet signal; a control part having a data format file and controlling the communication part; a modem converting a signal/data of the control part into a given signal/data; and a means for electrically connecting an external device to the modem. According to this invention, people can use the internet anywhere a public telephone box exists without subscription and freely change the information.
